This classic model of Laguiole en Aubrac has the typical decoration of the forged spring which is applied by hand, and the famous »Laguiole« fly. The adaptation by the eye of the cutler for each model are a further guarantee of the originality. So you are sure to keep your hands in no plagiarism. The solid bolsters matt finished stainless steel are punched using matrices and and handcrafted with the board to strengthen the grip. For the uniqueness of the knife only selected woods are used with each individual color nuance and shade, cut and polished by hand.
